We work with various project and task management tools to manage our projects. We have our in-house project management system as well but at times client do come up with request to use a tool of their choice as they are more use to it and we are fine with it, for user stories and task management we work with JIRA, TRELLO, ASANA and we use GitHub and BitBucket for code management, for communication we use email, Skype, Slack, Zoom and we can also be reached quickly via iMessages and Whatsapp.
Once the requirement and flow of the project is agreed upon then you will be given project plan with estimated dates for deliverable’s so you can plan your day to check work. We normally give updates on the project management tool by managing the status of each task and then have a weekly call to discuss on the project status and plan of action for the work. For web development we host the project on our server and share a link with you to review the work progress and provide feedback and for mobile apps once the project reaches a certain deliverable stage then we create installable builds for your phones so that you can review and use it as an actual app.

Facebook, Twitter, Apple or any brand name you take they were not launched in the way one sees them today, they have evolved over time and every product has to go through that life cycle, we do develop quick prototypes/MVP’s so that your product can smell the market and can get some feedback from beta users and then we release future versions based on feedback and changes.
