- Earn Karma points as a small token for providing the help or by participating in discussions.
Solution / Approach
The client already had the first version of the app ready in a hybrid technology from but the performance was not up to the mark and that is where we got connected and mutually decided to develop the app wit native solution for iOS platform with Swift for better user experience and performance. The project was completely managed on JIRA where in user stories and tasks were created, assigned, executed and feedback was shared. The MVP of app is out in store and is mainly used by a group of beta users and we are actively discussing on features for further release.

There are some projects that teach you a lot and Communiti was one of them, Our client Mr. Keshav Vasudevan did suggest few things to us to manage the project better and helped us in understanding and setting up systems for it, and without any doubt we can say that those suggestions were helpful in smooth project execution.
